Delete your account and data
How to delete your Pictie account and the data attached to it.
How to delete
1. Open ⚙️ Settings, top left in the app.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm — your account is deleted immediately.
Deleted immediately
Your display name, the social-login link (your Google or Apple identifier), your sessions, and your device records and push tokens. Your connections are disconnected at the same time.
What remains, and for how long
Pokes you exchanged are also the other person's record, so they aren't erased right away. After 90 days each individual poke is deleted automatically, leaving only monthly counts that identify no one. Nothing else is kept.
